I understand that participating in the “Strut For Strays” includes an element of risk for both my dog and myself. I agree to assume all risks and waive all claims against Fixed “Fur” Life and, their volunteers, sponsors, and event promoters should any injury or liability occur. I grant full permission to the foregoing to use my or my dogs name and photograph without obligation.
